The business meeting was called to order at 7:15 PM by Lee Swoboda, Chair, with a quorum of the Board present.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said. Afterward, everyone introduced themselves.

Secretary's Report – Gerry Morrow
• Approval of October 28, 2013 meeting minutes.
Linnie moved to approve the minutes, as distributed via email to all members. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
Treasurer's Report - Jack Kimball
• All bills are paid and there is $1,313.66 in the bank account.
Kaye moved to approve the Treasurer's report. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.

Discussion of donating proceeds of silent auction to a local charity.
Mary Swoboda moved that the proceeds of the silent auction be donated to the Community Food Pantry, Executive Director Melody Hopfensperger. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
Adrian Lartz moved that NMCV also donate an additional $200 to the Community Food Pantry. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
Business meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM to enjoy a dessert party and silent auction.
